"We pretty much do everything here at our office, everything stays here at our office. We don’t do many referrals because of the expertise that we can take care of everybody, those patients are staying here and not getting referred out. So we do cosmetic cases, full mouth cosmetic cases, all the perio and soft tissue management, periodontal therapy and so forth is all done here at our office. Oral surgery procedures are all done here at our office. Endodontic procedures are all done at our office. So because of that, we do a wide range of basically all general dentistry from pediatrics (little kids) to geriatrics (all the adults). All the dentures, implant dentures so that is going to minimize the appointment time and minimize the number of appointments so we can get everything done possibly; an endodontic procedure and a crown procedure in one appointment rather than, at some offices where they refer out, that is going to be referred to one appointment, maybe two, then come back for one or two appointments. So instead of four appointments, we are going to get that done in one appointment."
"Back when I was in the 4th grade was when I decided I wanted to be a dentist. I went to this explorer group where we would go to different places, i.e., doctor’s offices, library, go out where a carpenter would do carpentry and so forth and we went to this dental office and I loved what this guy was doing. Seeing how the patients were interacting with them, it was just great. So at that point I decided that I wanted to become a dentist. I have been at this location for three years now, this is our fourth year. I have been a dentist for 20 years. We have an office out in Valparaiso also, it is our satellite office so we kind of work out of both offices. We have a great group of staff members, assistants, front office, hygienists, all of them are just fantastic. A lot of my staff have been with me from the get go when I started my practice 20 years ago. My philosophy in dentistry is taking care of patients, that’s number one. From the time they make the phone call to the time the patient is filling out the paperwork, when they are seen and we even follow up with the patients after their appointment, so making sure the patients are really taken care of. We are hoping they have the best experience at any dental office that they have ever had and we try to make that happen. Our operatories are all set up with new technology, the latest technology we can offer the patients. Our staff and myself continue to go to continuing education to make sure that we are up to all the latest methods, ideas, anything that has come out, we are on top of."
